Sakuhara Melon Pepper Cupcake
For 6 pieces

Materials:

<Fabric>
Hot cake mix 300 g
1 teaspoon of green tea
75 g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 egg
Granulated sugar qs

<Custard cream>
Milk 200 cc
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tbsp flaky flour
Several drops of vanilla essence

How to make:

1. Melt butter, melted egg and milk in a bowl and mix.

2. Mix the hot cake mix and the powdered green tea powder with another bowl. (1) in three separate parts, and if it is not powdery, put it together by hand. Apply a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

3. Make a custard cream. Put all the ingredients in the bowl, mix well, fluffily wrap and heat in a 500 W microwave for 4 minutes (take out every minute and mix well).

4. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, make a foundation according to the muffin type, and put in a custard cream.

5. Use the palm to crush the remaining 6 pieces of dough. Granulated sugar on one side and make a grid pattern with a knife.

6. Cover (4) with (5) and bake for 15 minutes in an oven at 180 ℃, complete!
