Azatsu Caramel Banana Scoop French Toast
For 8-10 servings, 23 cm x 33 cm heat resistant dish

Material:

<Caramel banana>
Butter 110 g
Brown sugar 150g
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(Can substitute 2-3 drops of vanilla essence)
Banana (1 cm wide slice) 5 pcs

<Egg solution>
Egg 8 pieces
Brown sugar 150g
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
(Can substitute 4-5 drops of vanilla essence)
Fresh cream 240ml
Milk 240 ml
Bread (1 cm square cut) 500 g

<Topping>
Powder sugar adequate amount

How to make:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2. Heat the frying pan with medium - high heat, add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and add bananas and mix well.

3. Add eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, fresh cream, milk in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

4. Add bread and mix soak. When the bread sufficiently absorbs the egg liquid, put it in a heat resistant dish and pour (2) from above.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes until the surface turns golden and the edge gets crisp.

6. After baking, scoop with a large spoon and serve on the dish and apply powdered sugar, complete it!
