A Brazilian Christmas Chocotone Bread Pudding (how-to video)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
200ml of milk
395g (1 can) condensed milk
4 eggs
Chocotone leftovers (we use 200g equivalent to half a chocotone)

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the sugar with chocolate powder and caramel a form of pudding.
In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, eggs and chocotone.
Arrange the mixture in the form and bake in a water bath in a preheated oven 180 degrees for approximately 1 ½ hours.
Take the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Unmold and serve.
