Apricot Bee Cheesecake, a fun cake from Japan (how-to video)



It seems something is starting to move. A lot of pretty bees in the bee's hive. A combination of refreshing cheesecake and orange jelly is unbearable.

Making this Japanese cake is not just like making normal cake, it is a really enjoying way of cake making. A great inspiration for your Christmas time with the whole family. Cooking time is about 30 minutes (excluding cooling time in refrigerator).

INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese 200 g
Sugar 60g
Yoghurt 180 g
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Fresh cream 120ml
Powdered gelatin 10 g (mix with 50 cc of hot water)
Orange juice 500ml
Apricot 8 pieces
Chocolate pen (brown, white) appropriate amount
Almond appropriate amount



HOW TO MAKE
1. Pour cream cheese, sugar, yoghurt, lemon juice, cream and cream into a food processor and mix.
2. Add gelatin dissolved with hot water and lightly mix.
3. Pour into mold and cool in refrigerator until solidified to some extent.
4. Add gelatin dissolved with hot water in orange juice and mix well.
5. Place bubble wrap sheet on 4 over 3 and chill it in refrigerator.
6. Once 5 has settled, remove bubble wrap sheets, place apricot on top, write patterns and eyes with chocolate pens, decorate almonds.
