10-minute-to-make Japanese Pancake (how-to video)

Pancakes may be the most common choice for a quick and tasty breakfast in the morning. You can even choose a savory or sweet pancake to enjoy with your morning dose coffee. Pancakes are easy to make and the ingredients are the basic things you have at your kitchen. It well get even better when you try this fluffy Japanese pancakes with original flavor poured with classic maple syrup on top. Yum!

You would need to have a few ring moulds about 3,5 inch size if you want the results to be exactly the same as the video tutorial here. But don't worry if you don't have one, you can still cook them the old style by just pouring it right on the pan. It won't be that jiggly and fluffy, but it will taste as good.

In order to get the batter to rise perfectly, make sure the egg whites are beaten with a hand mixer in high speed. You need that stiff white eggs before mixing it with the pancake batter. Gently mix them together until incorperated. Also keep in mind to grease the ring moulds with a bit of butter so the pancake won't stick, and cover the pan with a lid until the pancakes are slightly brown. Last but not least, pour the maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
