Matcha Cake with Rice Cooker
For 6-8 people

Materials:

200 g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Matcha 20 g
Sugar 60g
2 eggs
White chocolate 50 g
Milk 200 ml <Topping>
White chocolate 50 g
Strawberry Appropriate amount
Blueberry Appropriate amount

How to make:

1. Put milk in a small pan and warm until just before boiling.

2. Place chopped white chocolate and sugar in the bowl, pour (1) and melt with a whisk until smooth.

3. Slice eggs and mix well.

4. Squeeze flour, baking powder, and powdered tea, switch to rubber belly and mix it carefully, pour it into the inner pot of a rice cooker and cook for 1 hour.

5. Take out the coarse heat from the inner kettle after cooking.

6. Place the chopped white chocolate in the bowl and dissolve in a boiling water until it becomes smooth, and put it in (5). Completed after decorating strawberries and blueberries sliced ​​sideways!
