How surprising Mozzarella is made (real life video)

This video from Tasty is very interesting. Most of you might have never seen mozzarella made before. This traditional way of making mozzarella is almost all done with bare human hands. It needs high skills to get it done perfectly.

Mozzarella is a traditionally southern Italian dairy product made from Italian buffalo's milk by the pasta filata method. In Italy, mozzarella made with the milk of the Italian water buffalo is an important variety. Mozzarella of several kinds is also used for most types of pizza and several pasta dishes, or served with sliced tomatoes and basil in Caprese salad.

Because it is made from milk, mozzarella cheese is a dairy product that provides important nutrients in a healthy diet. According to the World's Healthiest Foods website, 1 ounce of mozzarella made with part skim milk contains 72 calories and 4.5 grams of fat.
