INGREDIENTS (for 1 unit)
Sponge cake 1 car
Chocolate 200 g
Cream cheese 100 g (keep it at room temperature)
Sugar 50 g
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Yoghurt 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream 150ml
Matcha powder appropriate amount
Gold foil appropriate amount
PREPARATION
Chocolate is melted in a heat resistant bowl and melted (500 w, 1 minute to 1 minute and half)
HOW TO MAKE
1. The sponge cake is divided into three equal parts, and the upper two parts are drawn round.
2. Coat 3 sponges with chocolate, overlap and cool until solid.
3. Add sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
4. Add yogurt and lemon juice and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix.
5. Pour 4 into 2. Prepare for matcha and complete with gold leaf.
